I built Delmer Homes on a simple premise: I treat your home like my own family lives there. That means transparent pricing, strict adherence to timelines, and a job site that is kept clean and safe.
Born and raised in Howell, NJ, Antonio started working at his fathers company when he was just a boy, learning the ins and outs of trade. During his time there, he worked on everything from small repairs to complex renovations leading him to find his niche in full renovations.
He founded Delmer Homes in 2015 to bridge the gap between "standard contracting" and "concierge-level service."
Antonio now specializes in navigating the specific challenges of New Jersey home builds, from the all to common township permit delays to coastal requirements. He personally oversees quality control on every foundation poured and every beam set.
