Most full roof replacements in NJ require a permit under the NJ Uniform Construction Code. We handle the paperwork, scheduling, and inspection.
We strip the old roof or siding down to the deck or sheathing, inspect what's underneath, and replace any compromised wood before the new material goes on. Underlayment, ice and water shield where code requires it, proper ventilation, and then install to manufacturer spec. Same crew start to finish.
Final walkthrough with you when the job is done. We register your manufacturer warranty, which on most quality shingles or siding products runs 25 to 50 years depending on what you picked. Once the project is done you can rest assured your new roof or siding will last for the next 20 years.
